The license is compulsory for localization. The road network is quite good, even on the secondary roads, which are nevertheless quite narrow and heavy with traffic. On the highway, speeds of up to 100 km\/h are permitted, and 120 km\/h on freeways. If you see them slowing down, alert them to the presence of fixed or mobile speed cameras.
